| AYB-SD respects the efforts of the volunteers who work on the development of poor communities in Egypt. Volunteers usually commit 1-2 days per week, 3 hours each. AYB-SD offers a flexible schedule to the volunteers, whereby they can select the days they want to volunteer in. Other than sharing in the development process of Egypt, AYB-SD volunteers will benefit as follows: |
| 1) Volunteers participating in the English, Computer, and Soft Skills Programs will be trained professionally by professional organizations and companies (example: Injaz, Vodafone, Shell and others). There is also a high possibility that volunteers will be certified Microsoft trainers. |
| 2) Volunteers participating in the Cultural and Health Program will be trained based on the curriculum of international NGOs (example: Near East Foundation). |
| 3) Volunteers participating in the YLI Academy will get all the soft and technical skills courses for free, as well as being trained by professionals from multinational companies (example: Vodafone, Shell, and P&G). |
| 4) All volunteers (other than the YLI Academy volunteers) will get all YLI Academy courses at 50% discount. |
| 5) All volunteers will purchase Cherry Curves products at 50% discount. |
| 6) All volunteers will get certificate of participation in AYB-SD programs. |
