Hoda is a 23-year-old. She has a License in Arts, and lives in Markaz Makada – one of the poor villages in Qena. Her father works in one of the public institutions and earns 500 EGP per month, while her four younger siblings are still in university or in primary school. Hoda felt responsibility toward her family, as her father’s salary was not enough to cover the basic consumption and education costs of her siblings. She tried to search for employment opportunity in Qena, but she failed.
