•  Social Marketing:

The unit is responsible for organizing donation campaigns and contacting donors, companies, and businessmen so as to be able to raise the funds necessary for running and expanding AYB-SD. The unit is also the spokesperson of AYB-SD, which is responsible for maintaining its image. This unit is responsible for organizing the events of AYB-SD, in addition to contacting VIPs and celebrities to attend the events, and inviting media channels, newspapers, magazines and radio.

• Evaluation and Volunteer Management:

The unit is responsible for researching the problems faced by each unit and program in AYB and finding out ways to solve these problems. This includes carrying out focus groups with AYB-SD beneficiaries and writing monthly reports about the status of each program and unit. The report also includes possible recommendations to face the challenges up coming. It is also responsible for recruiting qualified volunteers in all AYB programs and units, in addition to contacting professional trainers to raise volunteers' capacities and skills. Moreover, they carry out volunteers and managers' evaluations.

• Administrative Management:

The unit is responsible for the legal and administrative work of AYB-SD with various governmental and non-governmental entities. It is also responsible for representing AYB-SD in the Federation of Youth NGOs.

• Finance Management:
The unit is responsible for keeping accounting books up-to-date and monitors all revenues and expenditure of AYB-SD based upon program and unit plans.
• Media Center:
The Center is responsible for designing AYB-SD documentaries, in addition to the publications needed by the organization such as brochures, business cards, flyers, and others.
